27 Days & (oh snap) Counting...!

Ok so I am challenging myself to write everyday for the next 27 days until the BIG OH NO 4 OH!!!! It's a small challenge I know, but I am seriously hoping to achieve a few small goals. Firstly to write every day, to lose 15 pounds and to transform this blog into cheap therapy and a weight loss blog. I'm praying I lose enough to fill a blog. I guess you could say that I am desperately seeking Shannon and a solution to Shannon's ever widening tushey. I've been watching Weight of a Nation on HBO...depressing.... I've been spending some time alone and deciding to put myself into my top 10 priorities. I'm tired of always being the fattest girl in the group. My oldest son has moved out (he is 18) and I've been pushing my hurt feelings and guilt down into my gut and camouflaging it with food and alcohol... But today is day 3 of no alcohol (YAY ME) and I figure if I can tackle that I can probably tackle it all. So I'm going to read and write and bike and walk and redo and hope and pray and...and...and.... So wish me luck world. I've tried so often and failed even more but I've never had a 40th birthday breathing down my neck! So here we go!
